FAQ

How does the compression sleeve work?

The compression sleeve combines the benefits of targeted compression with heat and cold therapy to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. It can be used for muscle soreness, joint pain, or injuries.

When should I use heat therapy versus cold therapy?

Heat Therapy: Ideal for chronic pain, stiffness, or muscle tension. Heat can help increase blood flow and relax muscles.

Cold Therapy: Best used for acute injuries, swelling, or inflammation. Cold can reduce swelling, numb pain, and decrease inflammation.

How do I apply heat or cold therapy with the sleeve?

The sleeve comes with removable inserts that can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer. Simply insert them into the sleeve and secure it around the affected area. The sleeve’s design ensures even distribution of heat or cold.

Can I wear the sleeve while exercising?

While it’s recommended to use the sleeve during recovery or rest, some people wear it for light activity or stretching with the ice pack removed. However, avoid wearing it during intense physical exercise, as the sleeve is designed to provide support and relief, not compression for active movement.

How long should I wear the compression sleeve each day?

For best results, wear the sleeve for 20-30 minutes during heat or cold therapy sessions. You can use it multiple times a day, but always listen to your body and take breaks as needed.

Is your product machine washable?

Yes if you remove the ice pack our sleeves can be machine washed (watch explainer video).

Is the compression sleeve safe for everyone to use?

The sleeve is generally safe for most people; however, it is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as poor circulation, diabetes, or skin conditions. Always consult with a healthcare professional before using the product if you have concerns.

Can I use the compression sleeve while sleeping?

We recommend using the sleeve during the day or while resting, but avoid using it while sleeping, as the compression and temperature may be uncomfortable over long periods.
